How To Bleed Air From Tractor Hydraulic System?

Bleeding air from a tractor hydraulic system is an important maintenance task to ensure proper operation and performance. Air in the hydraulic system can lead to reduced efficiency, erratic operation, and potential damage to components. Here are the general steps to bleed air from a tractor hydraulic system:

  1. Preparation:
    • Park the tractor on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
    • Ensure that the hydraulic fluid reservoir is filled to the recommended level.
    • Locate the bleed screw or valve on the hydraulic system. It is usually located near the highest point of the system or on the hydraulic cylinder.
  2. Identify the Bleed Points:
    • Depending on the tractor model, there may be multiple bleed points in the hydraulic system.
    • Common bleed points include hydraulic cylinders, control valves, and other high points in the system where air can accumulate.
  3. Open the Bleed Screw/Valve:
    • Using an appropriate tool, such as a wrench or screwdriver, carefully loosen the bleed screw or valve.
    • Ensure that the bleed screw/valve is opened just enough to allow air to escape, without fully removing it.
  4. Start the Tractor:
    • Start the tractor’s engine and let it run at idle speed.
    • Allow the hydraulic system to warm up for a few minutes to ensure optimal fluid flow.
  5. Operate the Hydraulic Controls:
    • Engage the hydraulic controls associated with the bleed point you are working on.
    • For example, if bleeding air from a loader hydraulic cylinder, operate the loader control lever to extend and retract the cylinder fully.
  6. Monitor Fluid and Air Release:

加工车间配备了定制的斜轨车削中心、加工中心、高速珩磨机、焊接机器人及其他相关设备,可加工最大内径 400 毫米、最大长度 6 米的气缸管。
