How To Bleed Hydraulic Cylinder For A Log Splitter?

  2. Locate Bleed Valve: Identify the bleed valve on the hydraulic cylinder. It is typically a small screw or valve positioned on the cylinder body or near the hydraulic connections.
  3. Positioning: Place the log splitter in a stable and level position to ensure safe and efficient bleeding of the hydraulic cylinder. Make sure the bleed valve is accessible.
  4. Prepare Collection Container: Position a suitable container beneath the bleed valve to catch any hydraulic fluid that may be released during the bleeding process.
  5. Open Bleed Valve: Using an appropriate wrench or tool, carefully open the bleed valve by turning it counterclockwise. This will allow air and trapped fluid to escape.
  6. Start the Engine: Start the log splitter’s engine and let it run at idle. This action will activate the hydraulic pump, allowing fluid to flow through the system.
  7. Operate the Control Handle: Engage the control handle or lever that activates the hydraulic cylinder. Move the control handle to the extend or retract position, depending on the desired action. This will help create hydraulic pressure and force any trapped air out of the cylinder.

Disponiamo anche di una linea di produzione semiautomatica di vernici per cilindri di grandi dimensioni alimentata da una catena di potenza, con una capacità di progettazione di 60 casse per turno.
