  3. Prepare Collection Container: Place a suitable container beneath the bleed point to catch any hydraulic fluid that may be released during the bleeding process.
  4. Open Bleed Point: Using an appropriate wrench or tool, carefully open the bleed point by turning it counterclockwise. This allows air and any trapped fluid to escape.
  5. Extend the Cylinder: Activate the hydraulic system to extend the cylinder fully. This can be done by operating the control valve or lever that controls the cylinder’s movement. By extending the cylinder, you allow air to rise to the highest point and escape through the bleed point.

Alokasi optimal dan penggunaan sumber daya peralatan yang efisien memastikan persyaratan akurasi produk dan memenuhi kebutuhan produk berkualitas tinggi.

Bengkel permesinan dilengkapi dengan pusat pembubutan rel miring yang disesuaikan, pusat permesinan, mesin pengasah berkecepatan tinggi, robot pengelasan, dan peralatan terkait lainnya, yang dapat menangani pemrosesan tabung silinder dengan diameter bagian dalam maksimum 400mm dan panjang maksimum 6 meter.
