  2. Cylinder Structure: The cylinder has a hollow cylindrical barrel with a piston fitted inside it. The piston divides the cylinder into two chambers: the rod-end chamber and the cap-end chamber.
  3. Pressure Application: The hydraulic fluid is directed into one of the cylinder chambers, either the rod-end or cap-end chamber, depending on the desired direction of motion.
